My Work

The main focus of my work has always been functional ware. Over the last 40 years, I’ve developed high fire production work with propane gas and high fire wood firings in a three chambered wood kiln.

Throughout the last ten years, I have also been exploring pit firing. This results in a very unique surface obtained with very simple ingredients - no glazes at all. This work is not for functional use.
